Shipping & Craftsmanship

When you select your item, a “Ships by” date appears. This reflects our full production timeline, including careful printing, framing, or finishing by our craftspeople.

Your chosen shipping method determines delivery speed after that date. Expedited options shorten transit time, but do not change production — quality takes time, and we never rush the process.

If your gift date is approaching, present our elegantly designed Gift Note while the custom piece is in production.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our work. Enjoy 100% free, no-questions-asked returns. If it isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right with a complimentary return label or exchange.
